- Returns are accepted within 3–5 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

- Customized or altered products
- Innerwear items (banians, briefs, panties, etc.) due to hygiene reasons
- Discounted or clearance sale items (if specified as non-returnable)
3. 📦 Return Process

- Share your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.
4. 💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit (if applicable).
5. 🚚 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
6. ⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
